Pathways to Hope

Pathways to Hope

Working with our most vulnerable children, Pathways to Hope is breaking the domestic violence cycle starting with the next generation. According to the Camp Hope Study, 76% of children raised in a household with domestic violence will repeat the cycle as a victim or a batterer. SafeNest works with the Camp Hope Alliance to help at risk children find positive pathways and recognize a brighter future.

Up to 120 youth participants annually can take advantage of eight trauma informed local activities, four family activities, weeklong summer camps catering to youth (ages 7-12) and teens (ages 13-17), two-day family retreats to build healthy parent-child relationships, with expanded programs anticipated over the next three years.
