Thanks to our partnership with the Eighth Judicial Court of Nevada Family Division, survivors can now file official Temporary Protective Order (TPO) requests and appear remotely in Family Court via live video stream all while being supported by SafeNest advocates in a safe, secure environment.
The Virtual TPO Office offers survivors:
- Private live stream hearing room
- Filing assistance and court support from on-site advocates
- Access to more services, including counseling, shelter, and advocacy
