SafeNest: Temporary Assistance for Domestic Crisis, Inc. is a Nevada nonprofit founded in 1977 to address domestic violence issues by providing shelter, counseling, advocacy and prevention. The corporation retains IRS 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. Donations to SafeNest may be tax deductible pursuant to the provisions of section 170(c) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, 26 U.S.C.
