B.O.L.D. Workplace Training Series: Building Opportunities to Lead Differently

The B.O.L.D. Workplace Series is SafeNest’s signature workplace training program designed to help organizations build safer, more informed, and more supportive workplace cultures. Available as 90-minute, half-day, or full-day trainings, each session equips employees, managers, and leaders with the knowledge and practical tools to recognize and respond to domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and related forms of interpersonal violence.

Domestic violence and sexual assault do not stay at home. They impact workplaces through employee safety, absenteeism, productivity, retention, morale, and overall organizational well-being. Led by SafeNest’s experienced leadership team and subject matter experts, the B.O.L.D. Workplace Series combines evidence-based education, real-world insights, and actionable strategies that organizations can immediately implement.

Whether your organization is a nonprofit, corporation, small business, government agency, educational institution, healthcare provider, or community organization, each training is tailored to your workplace, industry, and leadership goals. Participants leave with a deeper understanding of the dynamics of domestic and sexual violence, how to recognize warning signs, respond appropriately to disclosures, support affected employees, and foster a culture where safety, accountability, and respect are embedded throughout the organization.

Organizations may choose from introductory awareness sessions, leadership-focused trainings, or comprehensive workshops that include interactive discussion, case studies, policy guidance, and practical tools for creating a safer workplace.

Training formats available:

  • 90-Minute Session: An engaging introduction to domestic violence and sexual assault awareness, workplace impacts, and practical response strategies.
  • Half-Day Workshop: A deeper exploration with interactive learning, discussion, and workplace application.
  • Full-Day Training: A comprehensive professional development experience that includes advanced topics, leadership strategies, scenario-based learning, and customized action planning.

By investing in the B.O.L.D. Workplace Series: Building Opportunities to Lead Differently, organizations demonstrate a commitment to protecting their people, strengthening their workplace culture, and leading with compassion, accountability, and purpose.
