Tania de Ulloa, MSW | Vice President of Prevention u0026 Education
Tania de Ulloa serves as the Vice President of Prevention u0026 Education at SafeNest, where she leads the organization’s prevention, education, professional training, and community engagement initiatives. With more than 15 years of leadership experience in nonprofit and social service organizations, she specializes in developing evidence-informed programs, cultivating strategic partnerships, and equipping professionals with the knowledge and skills to recognize, respond to, and prevent domestic violence. A bilingual English and Spanish speaker, Tania has trained professionals across healthcare, education, law enforcement, government, nonprofit, and corporate sectors on topics including domestic violence, healthy relationships, trauma-informed care, adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), victim advocacy, and workplace violence prevention. rnrnTania earned her Bachelor of Social Work, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and has completed her Master of Social Work at National University. She is currently working toward clinical licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Throughout her career, she has led multimillion-dollar grant-funded programs, directed multidisciplinary teams, developed organizational policies and training curricula, and expanded community-based prevention initiatives that strengthen individuals, organizations, and communities. Her engaging and practical training style combines research, leadership expertise, and real-world experience to inspire meaningful learning and lasting impact.
