BRAVE Conference
An estimated 5,687 children fall victim to trafficking in Nevada according to the Nevada Coalition to Prevent the Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children.
To support at-risk girls in our community, SafeNest is partnering with the Salvation Army, Olive Crest, and St. Jude’s Ranch for Children to host a BRAVE empowerment conference designed to educate, empower, and connect girls, non-binary, and feminine-presenting ages 12-18 years old. The event is also open to foster parents and caregivers. This free, non-religious event will feature presentations, workshops, a beauty salon, resources, dinner, and fun.
