How Operation Fresh Start Can Help
The intended outcome of Operation Fresh Start is to remove common housing and financial barriers for domestic violence survivors so they aren’t compelled to return to their abuser. To make this possible, approved participants will receive assistance with securing safe, stable housing, becoming financially self-sufficient and setting priorities and goals.
